At both ends of the USB cable, make sure it’s securely in place. If the printer is connected to a network, make sure the Ethernet cable is firmly inserted. It is important to make sure that your wireless printer is properly connected to your router.

- To re-add the printer, go to Devices and Printers and select Add a Printer.

- Type “printui /s /t2” in the command prompt, including the spaces, to open the Print Server Properties window.
- Remove the driver and package for the printer you are currently using.
